Form 3 – Free Directory Entry Form
Every exhibitor is requested to fill-up this form with details therein and submit before 10 January 2008 to ensure listing in the BUSINESS PARK 2008 Exhibition Directory / Catalogue.

Form 4 – Directory Advertising Form
Interested companies (exhibitors & non-exhibitors) are requested to fill-up this form and submit before 10 January 2008 along with the payment and ad material for releasing an advertisement in BUSINESS PARK 2008 Exhibition Directory / Catalogue.

Form 5 – Sponsorship Opportunities Form
Take advantage of exciting Sponsorship Opportunities to enhance your booth presence at the venue and maximize your company’s exposure at BUSINESS PARK 2008.

Form 6 – Fascia / Furniture / Electrical Order Form
Details of Fascia Name Board, any additional furniture / electrical requirements are to be filled-up and sent to the Official Booth Contractor on or before 10 January 2008. Exhibitors can choose the additional furniture desired by referring to the Furniture / Electrical guide on page 20 of the Exhibition Technical Manual.

Form 7 – Trip Sheet / Baheti
Entry of exhibition goods International Exhibitors: The clearance of international exhibitors will be taken care by the authorized freight forwarder. Domestic Exhibitors: Entry & Exit of all vehicles carrying goods is allowed only from the TRADE TAX CHECK POST located at the Taj Expressway (Greater Noida) Entry Point, Uttar Pradesh (Kondli Bangar Check Post). Domestic Exhibitors not registered in U.P. state will be required to submit the the following documents at the time of entry at the "TRADE TAX CHECK POST"

• Filled in TRIP SHEET - Form XXXIV (34) also known as BAHETI in Quadruplicate Three Copies.
• Photocopy of "exhibition participation certificate" issued by the organizer - Three Copies
• Photocopy of Driving License of the driver - Three Copies.
• Photocopy of the Registration Certificate (RC) of the Vehicle - Three Copies.
• Consignment note/INVOICE with details of exhibits in Triplicate - Three Copies.
